Watchful — Shipping and Delivery Policy
We provide delivery to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

1. Shipping Fees
  • 100% Free Shipping: We offer free standard courier delivery on all orders, nationwide, with no minimum spend required.
  • No Hidden Surcharges: The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is successfully cleared by our secure payment gateway.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched with our courier partner, delivery typically takes:
    • Major Metropolitan Hubs (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2 to 3 business days.
    • Regional and Outlying Areas: 3 to 5 business days. 
  • Delivery Hours: Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. 

3. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your package is collected by the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.
  • Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to activate on the courier's tracking portal.
