1. Lawful Use of Equipment 

Watchful supplies specialized audio logging and accountability hardware. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the deployment and use of any equipment purchased from this store comply with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act (Rica). Watchful and its parent division hold zero liability for unauthorized or illegal device deployment.

2. Retail and Corporate Supply

We operate strictly as hardware supplier. Purchasing equipment this platform does not establish a formal private investigative mandate or retention agreement with our sister division iCatch Private Investigators. 

3. Payment and Pricing.

All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the eventl of clear technical pricing glitches or inventory shortages.
